Whether you have undergone top surgery or not, you deserve to live as your true self. But as a transgender youth in Ontario, that may be hard to do. Even though there is nothing wrong with you, society may not feel the same way. There are places you can go for support where you can meet like-minded people.

Here are 10 support groups for transgender youth in Ontario:

  1. Rainbow Health Ontario: Rainbow Health aims to improve the health and wellbeing of Ontario’s LGBTQ community. They provide education, training, and advocate for public policy change. You can visit their site here.
  2. PFLAG Ontario: PFLAG has worked tirelessly for years to help friends and family of the LGBTQ community accept their loved ones and show support. Here you’ll find a list of contacts for every region in Ontario.
